Founded in 2013, Press Play Music Therapy is owned and facilitated by Registered Music Therapist and Certified Clinical Neuropsychotherapist, Claire Stephensen. Press Play Music Therapy is about bringing music, creativity, collaboration and empowerment to the remote control of your life, story, song or future.

Press Play Music Therapy is a practice that offers services to adults, young people, children and families seeking improved mental and physical health. My intention is to provide a space for people to feel supported within their struggles and successes. Through collaborative relationships, I believe we can explore strengths, resources and possibilities through play, music and creativity. With the name Press Play, I hope  to empower people to 'press play' in their own way - whether that means taking charge of the remote control within their life, playing or listening to music, or supporting people to live their 'truth.'
